Here are some fotos from my short trip to Jeju Island, between South Korean and Japan. This island is a very popular holiday destination in Korea, and it has some beautiful nature: crystal clear waterfalls, nice beaches and a volcanic mountain: “Halla-san” (1950m), the highest peak in South Korea. Of course i had to climb it, together with thousands of highly equipped Koreans who showed off their latest and greatest trekking gear on a very well paved highway to the top. Anyhow we had a great relaxing time on the island.

Weekend in Seoul
Friday, April 16th, 2010I spent last weekend in Seoul. It’s the world’s second largest metropolitan area with about 20 million people and life here is really fast and high-tech. But nice people, beautiful girls and great food make it very enjoyable at the same time. Anyhow i was glad to have a break from Japan.
